This private session is packed with education and tools to prepare you and your partner for labor and childbirth. Learn the signs, phases, and stages of labor, along with comfort measures and coping techniques. Your partner will learn useful and practical ways to support you throughout the entire process. This session is also offered virtually for convenience or for anyone located outside of our service area!
